Jul 4, 2021 The welcome address was presented by Joint Director, SCERT J&K Jammu Surinder Kumar. The program aimed at developing the knowledge and skills among the DIET faculty regarding the analysis of needs of the training process before conducting a training program, which may help in increasing employee’s involvement in their job and therefore increasing the job satisfaction and achieving the learning outcomes of any training programs. The program was a blend of theoretical and practical experiences involving discussions, resource lectures, interactive sessions, group activities, etc. Fifty officers from 10 DIETs of Jammu division, 5 from each attended this program.
