Syracuse Right to Life Association President Christina Fadden said while former President Donald Trump was able to appoint conservative judges and Supreme Court justices, she’s less optimistic about the pro-life movement now that President Joe Biden has taken office. The White House released a statement Saturday saying Biden’s administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade into federal law.
“There’s a lot of thinking that President Biden – he’s Catholic – that there’s sort of sensibilities to abortion, but the statement that the Biden-Harris administration released about Roe v. On the eve of the 48th anniversary of the Supreme Court s Roe v Wade decision legalizing abortion nationwide, some domestic abuse victims have joined in a lawsuit against one of the country s most liberal state abortion laws, claiming it makes them more vulnerable to domestic violence. 
Their target is New York state s Reproductive Health Act (RHA) that legalized abortion in some cases up until the point of birth.
