A driver from Stone Mills is facing three charges from Ontario Provincial Police after an officer on patrol witnessed a vehicle being driven in an odd manner on Highway 401.
The OPP said in a news release that on Saturday night at about 10 p.m., the officer saw a vehicle ramp onto the highway heading east at Division Street, but as it merged, it suddenly slowed “to an unusual speed.”
