May 3, 2021 LOCK HAVEN – Lock Haven City Council announced the line up for the 2021 City of Lock Haven Summer Concert Series during its meeting Monday night. Director of Community Life Kasey Campbell told council and the public there would be 16 total bands performing, with 10 set for Friday and 6 on Saturday. Campbell further explained that the concerts on Saturday will take place on the Floating Stage. Previously, floating stage concerts at the J. Doyle Corman Amphitheater were performed on Sunday. This year, Campbell said they would be on Saturday from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and feature artists such as Aaron Kelly, Uptown Music Collective and Into the Spin. ....

WILLIAMSPORT The Uptown Music Collective is set to return to the Community Arts Center stage to present “Good Times Bad Times: The Music of Led Zeppelin” for three live performances on April 16 and 17. This high-energy tribute from the area’s premier school of music will feature talented young musicians between the ages of 12 and 18. UMC students will be performing powerful versions of classic Zeppelin songs like “Kashmir,” “Whole Lotta Love,” “Stairway to Heaven,” “Rock and Roll,” “Going to California,” “Over the Hills and Far Away,” and more with all of the energy and passion that UMC students are known for.
