In case anyone walks, runs or bikes on River Road you may notice 25 feet of horrible temporary orange fencing installed on top of a rock pile, blocking the view of the river near the I-95 overpass.
Isn t that great? A lot owner who feels it is his duty to protect everyone from falling on those rocks is now blocking everyone s view of the river for his own enjoyment.
Town Manager Jim Burt and Zoning Official Tom Zanarini were both contacted and indicated this is not a zoning or ordinance violation.
It looks like we will have to live with this trashy look on our scenic road. ....
