Since his days at Westside High, Cody Emerson has been fighting bulls at rodeos, and has become one of the best in the business over the last decade plus (even winning a World Championship in one form of it!) Wednesday afternoon, he stopped by “The Drive with Brad Bobo” to pay us a visit while on his way to the annual rodeo at the University of Tennessee-Martin. We hear about his adventures at bullfighting school (yep, there’s such a thing), the difference between a bullfighter and a clown, the injuries, dealing with a ton of bull and trying to protect the rider at the same time, and which bull(s) he knows can be tougher than others (hint: they’re from Arkansas). ....
