Unilever implemented this pilot for their employees with the goals of increasing peace of mind and access to healthcare from the safety of home. The pilot program, which began as the COVID-19 pandemic spread across Canada, saw a 35% sign-up rate in its first months, with over 40% of consultations taking place outside of working hours.
