The woman texted her mother around 1 a.m., saying that she was being assaulted by her boyfriend and that he was holding her in her apartment on Park Row west of Houston, police said. When the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office arrived at the apartment in the 15300 block of Park Row, there was no response from the woman inside, said Houston Police SWAT Cmdr. Larry Baimbridge, but there was movement inside. Neighbors confirmed they had heard some kind of assault take place, police said. ....
