Cabana unveiled a restored dining room and bar at the Birchwood Inn in Temple in late February, which has sat unused for the last six weeks as eating establishments have been relegated to take out only. Cabana feels fortunate that the to go orders have been steady, something he and his wife Amy had planned to expand with their larger kitchen and updated menu. “I thought take out was going to be a small part of our business plan,” Cabana said. “We didn’t know it was going to be our only business for months on end.” ....
