Supervisors OK $166M 5-year capital improvement plan document That plan is, of course, not within the county’s financial reach. “This is a planning document, not a budget document,” Megan Greve, director of General Services, said in a phone interview about the 5-Year Capital Facilities Improvement Plan. Greve said one of the county priorities is to maintain its facility assets so there are no big surprises down the road. The Board of Supervisors conducted a public hearing Tuesday – there were no comments – and adopted the Capital Facilities plan that extends to fiscal year 2024-25. The county has more than 2 million square feet of facilities and 133 acres of grounds maintained by the General Services Department. ....
