Srinagar, Mar 11: A patient along with his relatives today alleged that they were asked to get surgery done privately even after they were made to get the required medicines at Sub-District Hospital Kangan.
The patient who identified himself as Mudasir Ahmad, son of Mohammad Ashraf Rather, a resident of Kangan during a protest demonstration said that he was asked by the concerned surgeon at the hospital to undergo an Ortho-Surgery, however, the same, as per the patient was stalled by the concerned Anaesthetist.
“I was told to undergo Ortho-Surgery the Anaesthetist deferred it for two months and later asked me to get the surgery done at Khyber Hospital,” he said. ....
