Keveonta Quamez Hill was arrested and booked into custody on Tuesday, according to the Richmond County Sheriff s Office. At around 3 p.m. that day, deputies responded to a shooting in the 1000 block of Carrie Street, NBC affiliate WAGT reported. When they arrived, deputies discovered a 24-year-old man had been shot at least once while he was cutting the grass in the front yard of a residence. He was transported to hospital and was reportedly in a stable condition.
