NBU memo on interchanging rates not to reduce acquiring for retailers – Retail Association

Memorandum between the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and international payment systems on the gradual reduction of the commission, interchanging does not take into account the interests of retailers and will not ensure a reduction in the cost of trade acquiring, the Retail Association of Ukraine said in a statement.
According to it, the interchanging commission rates established by the memorandum significantly exceed those previously proposed by retailers: no more than 0.9% by July 1, 2023, with a gradual decrease in these indicators to no more than 1.2% from July 1, 2021 and no more than 1% from July 1, 2022. ....

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM - A memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Korean Agency for the Promotion of Animated Films, Kazinform cites the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Information and Social Development.

The memorandum provides for the exchange of experience between the parties, the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of television projects, lectures, master classes and trainings on the production of animated cartoons.

Romania s Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday passed, 307 to two abstentions, a bill ratifying the Agreement on Cooperation for the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Projects and Civil Nuclear Power Sector in Romania signed in Bucharest on December 9, 2020, and in Upper Marlboro on December 4, 2020, agerpres reports.
The bill is designed to draw new guidelines for the development of nuclear energy capabilities in Romania that require a rapid restructuring, by capitalising on the potential to redefine strategic guidelines in a different key than the one conceived over a decade ago and based firstly on investors coming from countries allied with Romania, in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian Government Memorandum 3 of January 20, 2020 called New policies and guidelines for the development of the nuclear energy sector in Romania. ....
