Yoga With or Without a Chair will be offered at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College-Aurora Center through a partnership with the Aging and Disability Resource Center and Public Health of Florence County. The program is appropriate both for sedentary and active adults. The chair provides extra support for those who may need it, but it is not required. The classes are open to all adults but target the middle-aged and older adult population. The classes will be at the Aurora center on Tuesdays and Thursdays Slow Flow 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and Chair Yoga 10 to 11 a.m. starting Tuesday through March 4. Cost is $5 per session, to be paid at each class. ....
