Local developer buys Yazoo-area site from Brentwood real estate investor

Brentwood-based veteran real estate investor Hoss Mousavi has sold a property once home to the former Ozburn-Hessey Logistics for more than 20 times what he paid for it seven years ago.
The 16.4-acre property, which sold for $1.7 million, is located at 526 Myatt Drive in Madison near Yazoo Brewing Co. and the Cumberland River. The new owner is local developer Meg Epstein.
Mousavi, who undertakes his buying and selling of real estate via Richland South, previously had asked $2.5 million for the unimproved site, according to a loopnet.com listing. He acquired the
