A quarter of over 45s in South Gloucestershire have now received both vaccines for Covid-19 A quarter of people aged 45 and over in South Gloucestershire are now fully vaccinated against Covid-19. NHS data shows 58,497 people had received both jabs by April 25 – 25% of those aged 16 and over, based on the latest population estimates from the Office for National Statistics. Of those to have received both jabs, 49,023 were aged 45 and over – 38% of the age group. It means 9,474 people aged between 16 and 44 have received both doses. The figures also show 146,617 people in South Gloucestershire have received at least one jab – 63% of those aged 16 and over. ....

The move, which will see councillors consider a proposal for 37 sites to be removed from Leeds’s Site Allocations Plan, follows a high court ruling earlier this year.
