RAWALPINDI: All Rawalpindi Restaurants Association has set up a new vaccination camp at Pearl Restaurant, Jinnah Park, to provide the opportunity to adjoining restaurant employees to get Covid-19 vaccination as per government policy. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the association’s president, Chaudhry Mohammad Farooq, said it was the 15th camp established in the garrison city by the body. He said in Rawalpindi’s cantonment area, vaccination in 90pc of the restaurants was completed, while 70pc of the city’s restaurants had been covered in the ongoing campaign. Mr Farooq said it would be their top priority to ensure 100pc vaccination of restaurants’ staff, adding that, “we have advised the government to provide mobile vehicles fixed with all equipment, including air conditioners, for the vaccination camp. He said they were determined to ensure free vaccination for all eligible citizens of the city. ....
