CBA教练其实可选择面很少：国产教练里有料有成绩的就那么几个，而且有些教练换个风格的球队可能马上就玩不转了；外教人生地不熟的，水平高也可能水土不服，初来乍到的光是适应环境熟悉队员可能半个赛季就过去了；而且外教更注重球队体系，这东西短期内出成绩比较难，国内的投资商通常都没那个耐心。
