Lahaina Cannery announces weekly hula show

Enjoy hula shows by Maui halau on Wednesdays from 4 to 5 p.m. at Lahaina Cannery Mall.
LAHAINA Lahaina Cannery invites residents and visitors to a free hula show with talented Maui hula halau performing every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. The free cultural entertainment takes place outside on the lawn near the front entrance of the center. Visitors are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show with take-out dining options at Jersey Mike’s or HI Food Carts offering a variety of food trucks. Other free family entertainment includes Lahaina Art Shows, presented by Lahaina Arts Society and featuring local Maui artists, every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the lawn.
The Bossy Frog Band is live in concert at the Educational Alliance this Sunday.
Nothing rings in Spring better than a funky, upbeat concert led by a banjo-playing certified music therapist. On Sunday, March 20 from 11-2, the Educational Alliance is hosting The Bossy Frog Band at the Mazer Theater (197 East Broadway). The show is interactive and kids are encouraged to dance in the aisles. The cost is $10 per child or adult, babes in arms are free. All proceeds help support the Educational Alliance Preschool.

Lahaina Cannery to host bingo and crafts for keiki

LAHAINA Lahaina Cannery is pleased to invite Maui residents and visitors to partake in some Valentine’s Day family fun and games on Saturday, Feb. 13. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., parents are encouraged to bring their keiki ages ten and under to the center for in-person and socially distanced Be Mine Bingo and crafts. All craft materials will be provided for individual use, and prizes awarded to bingo winners. Plus, each participant will receive a Valentine’s Day treat.
