Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney’s south. Journey Raharaha, aged 14, was last seen by her family at their home in Vermont Crescent, Riverwood, about 7.30am yesterday (Thursday 21 January 2021). A short time later Journey was reported missing and Campsie Police Area Command commenced an investigation. Following inquiries, police have information Journey was at Hurstville train station about 9.20am yesterday. Journey is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, small build, with brown eyes and short, shoulder length black hair. She was last seen wearing a cream coloured midriff top and gold necklace. ....
Date Time Police charge man after Belmore stabbing A man has been charged and another man remains in a critical condition following a stabbing in Sydney’s south west overnight. About 1.10am (Friday 1 January 2021), emergency services were called to Lucerne Street, Belmore, following reports a man had been stabbed. Officers from Campsie Police Area Command arrived to find a 29-year-old man on the road with stab wounds to his stomach. He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to St George Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition. Crime scenes were established and examined by specialist officers. ....

Date Time Police arrest three people after man stabbed – Roselands Three people have been arrested after a man was stabbed multiple times at Sydney’s south west earlier this week. Just after midnight (Wednesday 23 December 2020), officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were called to Payten Avenue, Roselands, following reports a man had been wounded. Police have been told the 26-year-old man was approached by a vehicle containing a number of people. The car stopped and two men armed with knives stabbed the man several times. The injured man was taken to hospital where he underwent surgery. An investigation commenced and police yesterday (Wednesday 23 December 2020), arrested a 16-year-old boy and two women – aged 23 and 25. ....
Date Time Police concerned for missing Wiley Park woman believed to be in Dubbo Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a Sydney woman believed to be missing in the state’s Orana region. Naomi Paraskeva, aged 44, was last seen at a bank on Macquarie Street, Dubbo, last Friday (18 December 2020). A family member reported her missing to officers from Campsie Police Area Command the same day. Concerns are held for her welfare due to medical conditions, which require medication. Naomi is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, with dark hair. While she lives in the Wiley Park area, it’s believed she may still be in the state’s north west. ....
