Órgano Legislativo autoriza al Ejecutivo suscribir $600 millones para recuperación económica


Los fondos servirán para afrontar el impacto que dejó la pandemia del COVID-19 en las empresas.

Del monto aprobado, $425.3 millones serán reembolsados al Fondo General de la Nación.
El Gobierno de El Salvador recibió la autorización de la Asamblea Legislativa para que pueda suscribir un crédito con el Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE), por un monto de $600 millones, que permitirá reforzar el Presupuesto General del Estado y afrontar el impacto que dejó la pandemia del COVID-19 en las empresas y el desempleo. 
La semana anterior, el titular de Hacienda, Alejandro Zelaya, explicó que el préstamo servirá para el “Programa de Apoyo a Medidas de Recuperación Económica Implementadas en Beneficio de las Empresas y el Empleo afectados por el COVID-19”. ....
