Section of Main Street in Hesperia to close Sunday for Highway 395 repairs

The city of Hesperia announced Friday that Caltrans will close a portion of Main Street this weekend for emergency road repair on Highway 395.
The city reported that Main Street will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, between Mesa Linda Street and Highway 395 to allow Caltrans to conduct emergency asphalt repairs on the highway.
Caltrans spokeswoman Teri Kasinga told the Daily Press on Friday that repairs would be conducted mostly on the northbound lanes of Highway 395 near Main Street.
The portion of Main Street scheduled for closure is located west of Interstate 15 and the High Desert Gateway shopping center. ....
