Operated by the Coastal Gourmet Group, which owns four Mystic Markets in Connecticut, the Foxwoods location will offer sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts, coffee and gourmet meals, all made in house with locally sourced ingredients. Dishes will include Spicy Lo Mein Noodles, Kale, Mango and Quinoa Salad, Grilled Salmon Ratatouille, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Smoked Brisket.
