I think bringing in a young person got people excited,” Glass said. “It is an exciting time to be a poet, and I want to run off that energy here in Milford.” ....
Hamden PD: Local man charged with kidnapping after baby found in stolen car FacebookTwitterEmail 2of3 3of3 HAMDEN A man accused of taking a car that had a baby in it has been charged with kidnapping, police said. The 6-month-old child was missing for a little more than an hour Monday after the car the baby was in was stolen, according to Hamden police. The child was found unharmed and a suspect was arrested, Smith said. Richardson Wong-Aponte, 37, of Woodin Street, is charged with second-degree kidnapping, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree larceny, as well as on outstanding warrants from other cases, Smith said. ....
