One Bangkok, the 120-billion-baht fully-integrated district and the largest private sector property development in Thailand’s history, and Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (MET), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, signed a contract for the supply and installation of elevators and escalators, including the first double-deck elevators in Thailand, raising the bar for skyscrapers in Bangkok to be on par with selected world-class towers with double-deck systems in well-known metropolises such as Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, CCTV New Site in Beijing, and Shanghai Tower in Shanghai, among others.
