January 14, 2021 Randy Alcorn In this blog, our goal is to provide biblically relevant information and resources to examine related to the COVID-19 vaccines. Because of the long history of fetal tissue research that I believe is entirely unethical, I approach this subject with great seriousness. Earlier in the fall some prolife groups warned that the then upcoming COVID vaccines, at least some of them, would use tissue derived from at least one aborted child. However, some of these reports also claimed that the first vaccines to be approved, which would likely be used by the most people, would be among those utilizing aborted fetal tissue. Believing outdated and/or false information, some are embracing or spreading confusion. ....

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County District Court Judge Brent Weigle has ruled that a compost site on M-86 near Hodunk Road is in violation of Batavia Township’s zoning ordinance and he has ordered the site to be cleaned up by March 1. The township took Cornelius Farms and Fred Cornelius to court last summer claiming the alleged commercial composting was not permitted in an agricultural district. The township also complained about the “obnoxious odors” which according to the plaintiff constituted a nuisance. The defendants maintained that the Michigan Right to Farm Act preempts the local zoning requirements and therefore precludes a nuisance finding. ....
