Masata Tsukidate, 53, was the last fisherman in the harbor to evacuate to open sea and escape the wave s powerful force. Tsukidate escaped by the skin of his teeth, and still today his heart aches at the thought of one fellow fisherman who died there; he spoke to him at the port just moments before setting out. ....
