An upcoming movie depicting
Machine Gun Kelly as a doomed musician will change its title following a powerful complaint from the brother of the late rapper,
Mac Miller. His brother posted: “F you. F your movie. At least change the title.”
It was enough to get the attention of the production team behind the movie, who agreed they would change the title. They stated: “It was intended as homage to Mac Miller and other artists gone too soon,” but they understand that it “feels disrespectful.”
They also said that “It s not in any way a biopic or based on any artist s true life.”
