WORCESTER While it’s not the historically crowded field of two years ago, there will still be a race for School Committee this year, as eight candidates vie for six open seats this election. After the committee’s longest tenured members, Jack Foley and John Monfredo, bowed out this year, there are four current members running for re-election: Dianna Biancheria, Molly McCullough, Tracy O’Connell Novick and Lauren Clancey. Biancheria is seeking her seventh term, Novick her fifth, McCullough her fourth and Clancey her second. Challenging that group are Jermoh Kamara, Susan Mailman, Jermaine Johnson and Shanel Soucy. Kamara was also one of the 13 candidates who ran for School Committee in 2019, when Novick and Clancey ended up as the lone challengers to win seats on the committee. ....
