Three-quarters of the respondents were childless. The median age of respondents was 28 years, with 27 per cent identifying as single and about half either living with a partner or married.

Monash University A Monash University study into the concept of egg freezing as an employee benefit has revealed almost half of the 656 Victorian women surveyed believe it would be appropriate for employers to have it on offer. However, while some participants saw the potential for employer-sponsored egg freezing to increase and support women’s reproductive and career options, others were concerned it could pressure women to delay childbearing, reinforce the career vs. family dichotomy and exacerbate existing inequities in access to assisted reproductive technologies. Lions, lilies and landscapes are among the subjects at the Falmouth Art Centerâs annual Juried Photography Show. Nancy Green, a photographer based in Plymouth who led the jury to choose the works in the show, said, âThe entries were so diverse and intriguing. When we immersed ourselves in viewing all the images that were entered, it was hard to imagine having to edit out any of the creations.â In total, 229 photographs were submitted to the show, and 53 were chosen. The other jurors were Susan Asaro of Wareham and Bruce Skinner of Carver. The show runs through May 31 in the Falmouth Art Center Hermann Gallery. ....
