Kendrick Sampson Signs With M88 (EXCLUSIVE) Angelique Jackson, provided by Actor and activist Kendrick Sampson has signed with M88, the independently operated representation firm founded in 2020 by Phillip Sun and Macro’s Charles D. King. Alongside M88, the star will also be represented by the firm’s sister company UNCMMN, which spotlights disruptive talent rooted in new media. Under the new partnership, M88 and UNCMMN will work together to holistically amplify Sampson’s career, in another example of their combined mission to represent diverse creators in a full-spectrum capacity. The creator, who turned 18 last month, started on TikTok in November 2019. Her first videos were typical adolescent fare: Her most viral video ever, from January 2020, is set up as a clip for followers to send to their secret crush with Cassidy breaking the news. Cassidy spotlights Black culture, history and voices on her TikTok page, where she has built a following through series Fast Black History and Black Girl Magic Minute. The creator, who is also known for her self-empowerment and activism content, was named one of TikTok s 2020 Voices of Change: Most Impactful Voices. She was also honored at the 2020 Streamy Awards. Her work has included selling shirts inspired by Maya Angelou s Still I Rise and donating the sales proceeds to the Equal Justice Initiative.
