The restaurant Good Earth Holistic Kitchen has signed a five-year lease for 2,240 square feet at The Landing at Hudson Mills development, according to a May 7 announcement from property owner Manzo Freeman Development of Burlington. Good Earth officially opened at The Landing on April 12 and features organic and locally sourced food in a quick-serve style.
