Place North West | Infinity wins consent for £5m MIOC pavilion

The asset manager is to develop a speculative office building next to Manchester International Office Centre after the city council approved plans for the 24,000 sq ft scheme.
Manchester International Office Centre is a 100,000 sq ft 1950s building off Styal Road near Manchester Airport that Infinity bought in 2011.
The new-build three-storey pavilion, which features an outdoor terrace on the second floor, will increase the capacity of the site for a single tenant and is to be constructed on part of the lawn that fronts the existing building.
Designed by Pozzoni Architecture, the £5m office will frame the large expanse of lawned space at the site and take advantage of the views and green landscaping, according to Till Asset Management, which manages the building. ....
