Youth’s ear, nose chopped off for ‘honour’ July 24, 2021 MUZAFFARGARH: A man chopped off the nose and an ear of a youth allegedly for having illicit relationship with his wife. According to police, Akram had illicit relationship with the wife of Abdul Qayyum of Mahmood Kot. On the day of the incident, Abdul Qayyum and his accomplices cut the nose and an ear of Akram. Akram was shifted to Nishtar Hospital Multan in a critical condition. Police have arrested Qayyum. Six injured: Six people sustained injuries in two road accidents on Thursday. According to Rescue-1122, a car overturned near Sandeela intersection in Kot Addu, leaving three car occupants injured. The injured were shifted to Indus hospital Muzaffargah. Married woman ‘shot dead’ at parents’ place Victim’s husband, parents blame each other for murder APP May 02, 2021 A woman was allegedly shot dead at her parents’ home in Muzaffargarh on Saturday. The victim’s husband and parents held each other responsible of the murder and her brother snatched the body from the police because he didn’t want an autopsy. According to the police report, Masooma, 25, was present in a room of her parents’ house, located in the suburban Gujrat area when a gunshot was heard from the room. The family members peeped into the room through a window where they spotted the woman in a pool of blood. ....
