FLOWERY BRANCH – The Flowery Branch City Council gave second reading approval Thursday evening to a pair of rezoning applications that will allow for the construction of a facility measuring nearly 19½-acres underroof when fully completed. The combined 80.4-acre property adjoins the Atlanta Falcons Training Center on Falcon Parkway. Will Greer, representing developer Eberly & Associates of Atlanta, told council members during the online city council meeting that one of the main focuses of the project is making the gigantic facility as inconspicuous as possible. “The main reason that the particular tenant that is driving this project is interested in this property is ultimately due to the level of screening that’s going to remain in place,” Greer said. ....
