County Sheriff A Tri-State cab driver reported at 5:32 a.m. Sunday she had transported a woman to a home on Waterford Road, Unity Township, and when they arrived the woman got out of the cab and did not pay her. Deputies spoke to the woman, who then paid the driver. Deputies and highway patrol troopers responded to a Georgetown Road, Knox Township, where a domestic dispute was reported. Both people involved claimed they had only been arguing and there was no domestic violence. The woman signed a refusal to prosecute and the man was given a ride to Minerva. A possible fight was reported in the area of Washington Street and Jackson Alley in Washingtonville at 1:08 a.m., April 24. Two intoxicated women told deputies they had been outside and yelling. They were told to stay inside for the rest of the night. ....
May 7, 2021 The residents of Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation spent the afternoon outside enjoying the company of three horses and the warmer temperatures. Nate Ring, who is a nurseâs aide at Blossom, brought the horses because the residents are always asking him about them. Ring said it is wonderful to see the residents faces light up as they watch the beautiful creatures walking across the parking lot. Residents Sue Reeder and Dorothy Jeffries are shown here.
