On December 1st, 2020, law enforcement attended a forensic interview of the victim at the Hope House.  During this interview, the victim stated that Sanchez had sexual intercourse with her starting when she was approximately 12 years old. The victim said that she had been sexually assaulted more than 10 times with the last time occurring when she was 13 years old. The assaults took place at a residence near Brown’s Pool in San Angelo adding that Sanchez still lived at the address.
