Maria Andino, 39, was walking in a marked crosswalk on Feb. 15, 2020, when she was fatally struck on Shaler Boulevard in Ridgefield, according to the suit filed a month after her death. Andino, of Ridgefield, died in a hospital two days after the accident, according to the suit, filed in Superior Court of Bergen County. ....
