Manitoba creates action plan as post-pandemic mental health presents major issue

The courses will take place Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. from July 20 to Aug. 17, and Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. from Sept. 8 to Oct. 6. The lessons take place entirely online and are free to all Albertans.
“Many of us may be looking for ways to enhance our mental wellness. It has been a very stressful time for Albertans. These courses will help provide participants with practical information and skills they can implement into their daily lives,” said Jody Walker, mental health promotion facilitator for the mental health promotion and illness prevention team. ....
