Channing Tatum hasn t been shy about showing off his ripped physique in recent months. Last September, the 41-year-old actor posed for a black and white mirror selfie that put his shredded abs clear on display.
Yesterday, he followed up with some insight into how he’s managed to stay in shape ever since, publishing a video to Instagram that showed him emerging from the water after a tough beach workout. Following what he says was a two-mile swim, he wrote, Nothing yet has been more suffocating and exhausting and effective than freestyle wrestling or open ocean water swimming.
