In this backdrop, two women of the Sangam city, Major Farah Deeba and Dr Ritu Jain, have formed ‘Prayagraj Pacers’ a fitness club which has motivated 60 working women and homemakers, all above 30 years of age, to participate in healthy exercise, while taking all necessary precautions against Covid-19. The club has formed its WhatsApp group, where the members post their daily exercise routine which includes running, walking, yoga and cycling. While the members perform these activities individually in the comforts their respective places, the club organises a team event every month. ....
