Bledsoe said The Elms is adding a computerized marketing tracking program. He said it would trace public exposure and net outcomes. He said an interactive website is being developed for the nursing home, and that all residents would be subscribed at no charge to the Retirement Home TV Network, which will provide more channels and more sports.
