Premium Content Subscriber only UPDATE 12.30pm: A man has been arrested and police are questioning another after an alleged stabbing inside a unit on Shakespeare Street on Wednesday. Police were called to reports a man had been stabbed in the lower leg and was outside the Mackay City Bowls Club about 9.30am. Initial inquiries lead officers to the unit complex across the road, and to a separate location on Hamlet St about a block away. As paramedics assessed the man on Shakespeare Street, the second man was arrested on Hamlet Street about 9.45am. A knife police believe was involved in the incident was recovered on Hamlet Street. ....
