National February 22, 2021 NANKANA SAHIB: The Sikh community on Sunday organised a ceremony in connection with Saka Nankana Sahib at the Gurdwara Janamasthan here. Speaking on the occasion, Federal Minister for Anti-Narcotics Ijaz Shah said that the minorities had complete religious freedom in the country and they could enjoy their religious festivities and festivals. He said that the Baba Guru Nanak International University would be completed soon. He said that everybody should learn the history of his religion. He said that the Sikh community was a peaceful and disciplined nation. People continue to enjoy pleasant weather, fresh WD to hit J&K on Sunday Srinagar, Feb 19 (UNI) A fresh Western Disturbance (WD) is likely to hit on Sunday night the Union Territories (UTs) of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, where people continued to enjoy pleasant weather due to seven to 12 degree above normal maximum temperature though the night temperature was still sub zero. A WD, originating in Arabian sea is likely to enter the region on February 22 night after crossing Afghanistan and Pakistan, a Met department spokesman told UNI on Friday. He said the WD will remain active in the region till February 27. However, during this period there could be moderate to light rain and snowfall mainly on February 22 night, 23rd, 26th and 27th in the Kashmir valley. Rain with thunderstorm could occur at some places of Jammu region whereas light snowfall is likely at scattered place of Ladakh, he said adding there is however, no forecast of any heavy precipitation during this ....
