Mobile Campaign for creating awareness about PMFBY launched in Udhampur

Jul 6, 2021 Awareness camps related to PMFBY celebration were held at Panchayats Roun, Sial Jattan & Mansar. These camps were attended by around 150 farmers. All necessary protocols related to COVID-19 were properly followed. Pallavi Mali from the Technical Support Unit of Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare Credit Division New Delhi interacted with the farmers & satisfactorily answered the queries raised by them. Vote of thanks was presented by DAO(Extn) Alok Pandotra. The officers present on the occasion included SDAO Udhampur, Rajesh Gandotra; AEO Bradian, Shiv Parshottam Jyoti; AEO Jib, Yashpal; AEO Mansar, Virender Mohan Padha; Mahavir from Reliance general Insurance and Manouti Sharma from PMFBY cell of Directorate of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Jammu.

Image Source: IANS News Lucknow, June 27 : The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has claimed to fulfil the Bharatiya Janata Party s pledge for agricultural development as well as promises made to the farmers in its Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra, which was released during the last state Assembly elections in 2017. According to a government spokesman, the Yogi Adityanath government s journey to develop agriculture and uplift farmers, began with the waiving off loans to the tune of a whopping Rs 36,000 crore of 86 lakh farmers.

A Single Bench comprising of Justice Ajay Bhanot observed that the rule of delay and laches, as a policy of litigative repose, creates certainty in legal relations and curtails fruitless litigation thereby ensuring that the administration of justice is not clogged by pointless litigation.
