KELVON Morris, the PNM’s candidate for Black Rock/Whim/Spring Garden in the January 25 THA election, wants the electoral district to be one of the most vibrant in Tobago.
Speaking to reporters on Monday after filing his nomination papers at $2 Montessori Drive, Glen Road, an upbeat Morris said he is hoping to capitalise on the area’s cultural assets to boost its tourism.
He said the natural assets in Les Coteaux, Courland and Black Rock can contribute significantly to developing a strong tourism product in the electoral district. ....
