Outer Ring Road. The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (
BBMP) has applied rumble strips at over 40 places on the arterial road with an aim to alert motorists to slow down, thereby helping other road users to either cross the busy stretch or change the lane. Rumble strips, which cause a tactile vibration and rumbling have been also applied at all bus stops along the bus priority lane.
