An interactive session with girl students was arranged in which Dr. Sashi Bala, Dr. Anjali Saini and Dr. Tanvi Gupta discussed in detail about various issues of women health and well being.
In the medical the camp, Blood Grouping and General health Checkup was also done and medicines were also given to students. The programme was hosted by NSS and Red-Ribbon Club and attended by all staff members and students. The appreciation certificates and mementoes were presented to the team of doctors as a token of respect in the presence of Prof Aekta Gupta. The proceedings of the programme was conducted by Dr. Balwinder Saini.

College Principal, Prof Aekta Gupta, welcomed resource person R. L. Sharma- a renowned Yoga Instructor and said that the yoga is a philosophy, practice and discipline to achieve harmony and balance between the body, mind and soul to archive inner peace health and wellbeing.
The session started with amid reciting of mantras and warm-up session followed by different Asnas.
All staff members of College and Students participated in the yoga session. Prof Ram Dayal presented welcome address and Prof Asha Kumari presented the vote of thanks.
In her key note address, she spoke about the role of women in different sectors.
The resource person Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Assistant Prof “The Management School, Kathua Campus” University of Jammu deliberated and demonstrated at length the techniques of Thinking Independently; Striving towards your own Goals Bravely”.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Assistant Prof Ashu Jolly. The programme was attended by a large number of students and all the staff members.
