Nebrasketball: Roster Shuffling Continues as Akol Arop & Elijah Wood Leave Program

In addition to walk-on Bret Porter and scholarship forward Yvan Ouedraogo, fellow teammates Akol Arop and Elijah Wood have also entered their names in the NCAA transfer portal and will look to continue their college basketball careers in another uniform.
Arop, a 6-foot-5 forward from Omaha, spent the last two seasons in the Nebraska program but missed the 2020-21 season following knee surgery in November. In 2019-20, he played in 21 games, averaging 1.0 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.
It is already the offseason for the Nebraska Cornhuskers Men’s Basketball team, and with that will come roster changes.
