Several booked into Noble County Jail ALBION â Several people were booked into the Noble County Jail from Thursday morning through Monday morning, according to jail records. Brennan J. Dean, 38, of the 1200 block of Round Island Drive, Kendallville, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Friday by Noble County police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish or salvia, a Class B misdemeanor; and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years, a Class A misdemeanor. Dean was held without bond. Jaeden A. Hale Dean, 18, of the 1400 block of Garden Street, Kendallville, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Thursday by Kendallville police on charges of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.15% or more, a Class A misdemeanor; and minor in possession of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. GREAT BARRINGTON â The townâs Housing Authority Commission Board is continuing to address long-standing moisture and mold problems at Flag Rock Village in Housatonic. The board voted unanimously Thursday to accept a $41,700 bid â its lowest â from Environmental Restoration LLC to remediate one of the units in the low-income complex after a complaint was filed last summer with the townâs Health Department, and the Board of Health ordered it fixed. The authority board also approved a suggestion by Chairman James Mercer to inspect all units at Flag Rock for moisture problems to get a baseline before the board insists that the existing air conditioners run continuously in the humid months. ....
